Requirements for publication ethics

The authors are responsible for the reliability and significance of the scientific results and the relevance of the scientific content of the works. Manuscripts of articles published earlier or submitted to other publications are not accepted.

By submitting the text of the work for publication in the journal, the authors guarantee that the described work has not been previously published, that it is not being considered for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all co-authors and secretly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that if it is accepted, it will not be published elsewhere. in the same form in English or any other language, including in electronic form without the written consent of the copyright owner.

The originality of the received articles is checked using the Anti-Plagiarism system (antiplagiat.com). By submitting the text of the article, the authors certify that the work is completely original and, in the case of using the works of other authors, appropriate bibliographic references are made.

The submitted articles are reviewed by at least two independent scientists in the relevant scientific field who are not members of the editorial board.
