Abstract. The purpose of this article is to find an approach to describing the human factor in aviation transport systems. Methods / Statistical Analysis: Based on the methods, a unique approach to the classification of human factors has been developed. The complete list of errors of pilots and air traffic controllers can be represented as a Cartesian product and other methods of discrete mathematics.
